Geoff Bond

Geoff's role in the team is to assist and enable the District to grow and develop as a learning organisation.

To assist in the analysis of training needs.

To contribute to the design and delivery of training materials.
To contribute to the provision of training.
To contribute to the quality control of training initiatives.
To support the roll-out of existing training projects.
To handle queries and advise on training options.

Geoff endeavours to promote and develop training:

Through event co-ordination in collaboration with a range of other partners.
Through direct delivery of seminars and workshops.
Through developing and enabling others to be trainers.
