Paul Trenberth

Paul's role is to assist circuits in examining the changes necessary to fulfil their future Mission Objectives.

This includes:

· Assisting the Circuit in deciding how best to use its resources in maximising its effectiveness in the community.

· Where necessary, take selected groups through a learning process to equip them more fully for the tasks identified.Some of these tasks can include:

· Circuit Reviews

· Circuit Boundary Issues

· Team Building & Problem Solving Techniques

· Improving Communication Flow & Leader's Delegating Skills

Paul assists Circuits to fully undertake the principles of The Way Forward as perceived by individual Circuit culture.
The closing effect is the ownership and ongoing development of the process by the people within each Circuit.
